Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced consulting leader to drive growth in the hyperscale datacenter market. The Senior Manager will lead cross‑functional delivery teams, shape digital strategy, and expand footprints with hyperscale operators.

You will oversee Digital PMO delivery, IT/OT cybersecurity programs, and data analytics initiatives, collaborating across Controls, Data Analytics, Asset Management, Energy, and Cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems) or related field.
Master's degree preferred in Engineering, IT Management, Cybersecurity, or MBA.
10+ years in technology consulting, digital programme management, or OT/IT cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital PMO engagements for large datacentre programs, aligning stakeholders and schedules.
Oversee IT/OT cybersecurity programs including security architecture and risk management.
Coordinate cross-domain workstreams for data lakes, IT/OT data flows, and energy management.
Represent Jacobs externally through thought leadership and client engagements.
