Job summary

Jacobs seeks an experienced consulting leader to join the Digital & Data practice and accelerate growth in the hyperscale datacenter market. This Senior Manager role blends OT cybersecurity with PMO delivery and client-facing leadership to shape digital strategy and deliver complex programs.

You will manage multi-workstream engagements, expand offerings, and mentor teams while partnering with market leadership. Travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology consulting or OT/IT cybersecurity with senior client-facing leadership.
• Experience leading complex multi-workstream engagements for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, CIS Controls; familiarity with NERC CIP.
• Proven ability to manage Digital PMO functions, governance, and vendor management.
• Travel up to 35% and ability to translate technical content for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital PMO engagements for large-scale data center programs and drive delivery.
• Oversee IT/OT cybersecurity programs, architecture, and governance with metrics.
• Coordinate across cross-functional workstreams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Champion digital twin, simulation, and pre-commissioning validation for risk reduction.
