Turner & Townsend in New York is seeking a Senior Digital Consultant focused on systems implementation, data analytics, and information management to support major capital programs.

This role bridges project controls systems, information management, data analytics, and digital strategy, helping clients unlock value from data and improve delivery performance. You will lead a PMIS implementation and data strategy from requirements through configuration and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects and asset management.
• Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change from engagement start-up through implementation.
• Ability to clearly link digital solutions to client value, including cost, efficiency, assurance, and performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of PMO / PMIS tools, methodologies, and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of PMIS for a large PMO.
• Develop system configuration approaches, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
• Influence client ways of working to align processes with system data models.
• Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau).
• Provide technical training and user adoption support to client teams.
• Support business development, bid responses, and knowledge sharing.
