Job summary

The role guides standards, design patterns, and roadmaps while mentoring engineers and aligning technical initiatives with business goals. Some travel may be required and banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• 10 years of progressively technical experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience as Principal, Staff, Lead Engineer, or senior technical expert.
• Extensive experience with banking technology platforms and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide technical leadership and define technical standards.
• Influence architecture, design patterns, and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead complex solution design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Review and approve high-impact technical decisions and architectures.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
