The Senior Digital Media Manager is a key individual contributor on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. This role leads our digital media go-to-market efforts across priority campaigns, partnering with various teams to develop cross-channel media plans. The position requires expertise in market and audience research, media planning, and optimizing the digital customer journey.
As the Senior Digital Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, driving campaign success, and contributing to the organization's growth objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our digital customer journey and maximizing campaign outcomes through data-driven decision-making and innovative media planning.
Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 1 Pay Range: $146,000 — $223,900 USD
Zone 2 Pay Range: $131,400 — $201,500 USD
Zone 3 Pay Range: $124,100 — $190,300 USD
Zone 4 Pay Range: $116,900 — $179,200 USD
