Senior Digital Media Buyer Compensation And Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85,000 to $110,000

Senior Digital Media Buyer Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute digital media buying plans aligned with company goals, focusing on scaling user acquisition and maximizing ROAS.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage high-budget allocations across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring ad spend meets both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns, utilizing advanced strategies to enhance performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
  • Real-Time Optimization: Analyze performance data and make real-time adjustments to achieve critical KPIs and maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Creative and Product teams to develop impactful, audience-specific content and drive engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) to track campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Innovate and Stay Ahead: Research and adopt emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Senior Digital Media Buyer Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Extensive Experience: 8+ years in digital media buying, including at least 3 years managing $1 million+ monthly budgets.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expertise in multi-platform media buying across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Data-Driven Expertise: Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and custom reporting platforms.
  • Advanced Campaign Tactics: Knowledge of advanced bidding strategies, retargeting, programmatic advertising, and native ad placements.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to optimize ad spend, scale campaigns, and deliver outstanding results for premium brands.
  • Innovative Mindset: A track record of leveraging audience insights and market trends to develop creative, effective strategies.
