This role is perfect for a performance-driven marketer with deep experience in paid search and a strong foundation in affiliate and content monetization strategies. As a Senior Paid Media Buyer, you'll manage a multi-million-dollar ad budget across platforms like Google and Microsoft Ads. You’ll focus on driving profitable customer acquisition, improving down-funnel performance, and maximizing return on ad spend. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead A/B testing initiatives, refine landing pages, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep campaigns competitive and impactful.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize a $12M+ annual paid search budget across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Drive strategic testing and experimentation in ad creative, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with monetized content and affiliate objectives.
  • Monitor key KPIs including CPL, ROAS, and lead quality to inform and improve ongoing strategies.
  • Develop and execute plans to scale performance without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Analyze the full marketing funnel to identify friction points and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and competitor activities to ensure media strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search.
  • Proven track record of profitably managing large-scale budgets ($10M+/year).
  • Strong grasp of affiliate models, lead generation, and monetization metrics such as revenue-per-click/session.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing landing pages and user journeys to enhance conversion rates.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience working with content-driven brands or within a publisher environment.
