We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the ELM (Enterprise Legal Management) Marketing team. This person will serve as a digital and operational backbone for the Demand Generation team, helping execute, optimize, and measure integrated programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on digital marketing expertise, analytical thinking, business acumen, and creative problem‑solving. They are equally comfortable building emails and landing pages, analysing performance trends, supporting lead routing and campaign reporting in Salesforce, maintaining website analytics and governance, and contributing informed recommendations during campaign strategy discussions. *This role is open to remote.

Compensation: $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD. This role is eligible for Bonus. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
