HighLevel, an AI-powered business operating system, seeks an experienced digital marketer to lead campaigns, drive acquisition, engagement and retention. You will optimize performance, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.

You bring 8+ years in SaaS marketing, strong analytics, SEO expertise and proficiency with GA4 and marketing automation tools to scale growth and impact.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong experience with performance marketing, campaign analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience developing and executing SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional marketing initiatives with Marketing, Product, Revenue, Creative, Operations, and Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own execution plan and optimization of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Plan and implement campaign strategies and execution plans with marketing leadership.
• Support campaign planning by contributing ideas, insights, and performance recommendations.
• Define objectives, audience targeting, messaging, and timelines.
• Own campaign performance across KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, conversions.
• Develop reporting and performance dashboards with Data and Analytics teams.
• Present campaign insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Develop and improve marketing workflows and reporting processes.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Revenue, Creative, Operations, and Analytics teams to execute initiatives.
• Stay current on trends and AI capabilities; share learnings and opportunities.
