Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience across multiple channels.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and managing marketing teams.
• Proven track record developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies.
• Deep expertise in email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong background in organic social media marketing across multiple platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO/AEO principles, technical SEO, content optimization, and local/organic search strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, SEO platforms, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization across Banner Health's owned and organic digital marketing channels.
• Own enterprise email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Own enterprise social media strategy, execution, and community management.
• Own SEO/AEO strategy and organic search optimization.
• Pilot emerging digital channels and innovative marketing tactics.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships.
