Job summary

Americaneagle.com is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Designer to lead creative for our growing digital marketing client roster. You’ll design across paid, organic, and email channels—bringing brand systems to life in ways that are visually sharp, on-strategy, and built to perform.

This role works closely with digital marketers, copywriters, and designers, and is a strong fit for someone who thinks about audience and outcomes as much as layout.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong storytelling ability and sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply branding consistently across channels.
  • Excellent communication and ability to present creative rationale.
  • Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and BannerFlow; Canva video/motion design; After Effects or Premiere a plus.
  • Familiarity with email design in CRM/ESP platforms (HubSpot, Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
  • Understanding of paid social specs across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; experience with Google display ads.

Americaneagle.comislooking for a Senior Digital Marketing Designer to help lead creative for ourgrowing digital marketing client roster. You'll design across paid, organic,and email channels — bringing existing brand systems to life in ways that arevisually sharp, on-strategy, and built to perform. This role works closely withdigital marketers, copywriters, and fellow designers, and is a strong fit forsomeone who thinks as much about audience and outcomes as they do about layout.

You won't betrafficking ads on ad platforms, writing copy, or building analytics reports —but you will use performance insight from our marketing team to sharpen yourcreative decisions and explain the thinking behind your work.

You'll report tothe Digital Marketing Design Lead and work alongside 3 other Digital Marketingdesigners. The DM Design team is part of our larger Experience Design team of15 designers, led by our Creative Director. As a senior designer, you'll helpset the creative bar, support your peers, and help to shape the team's work.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner withdigital marketers and designers to create on-brand campaigns andexperiences that drive engagement and growth
  • Design acrossa full range of outputs: static and animated digital ads, organic social,landing pages, and email
  • Applycreativity and critical thinking — informed by performance data providedby our marketing team — to continually improve creative outcomes
  • Design withthe target audience in mind at every step, while staying consistent withbrand guidelines
  • Bring videoand motion design into the mix, primarily through Canva, to keep creativefresh across channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’sdegree
  • Strongstorytelling ability and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability totake existing branding and apply it in fresh, engaging ways acrosschannels
  • Strongcommunication skills — able to clearly articulate creative rationale tointernal teams and Account Managers, with occasional direct clientpresentation as needed
  • Figma, AdobeCreative Suite, Canva, BannerFlow
  • Video/motiondesign in Canva required; experience with After Effects or Premiere astrong plus
  • Familiaritywith email design in CRM/ESP platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact,or Mailchimp
  • Understandingof paid social ad specs and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, andLinkedIn
  • Experiencedesigning Google display ads, paid social ads, and organic social content
  • Comfortabledesigning both static and animated ad formats
  • Typicallysupports 6–8 active clients at a time in a deadline-driven,quick-turnaround environment
  • Positive,collaborative attitude working across internal teams and directly withclients
