Position Summary: The Senior Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across the Syufy Enterprises portfolio, including Villa Sport Athletic Clubs, Villa Sport Fitness, SyRES Properties, West Wind Drive-Ins, Santa Cruz Cinema, Peacock Gap Golf Club, and future growth brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and partnering closely with the Digital Marketing Director, this role leads day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, websites, CRM programs, lead generation initiatives, reporting, SEO, reputation management, and AI-enabled marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with an AI-first mindset, leveraging emerging technologies to improve campaign performance, workflow efficiency, customer acquisition, customer retention, and marketing scalability across a diverse portfolio of brands.
