Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in San Jose, CA is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to perform lifeguard duties, enforce all water safety policies, and respond to emergencies. You will also greet members and guests, helping with needs within the role's capabilities and guidelines.

This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $20.20–$22.30, PTO, a benefits package, and a 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership and employee discounts are included.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with aquatics industry.
• Swimming proficiency.
• Minimum of 1 year lifeguarding preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Lifeguard, the purpose of this position is to perform lifeguard duties, implement and enforce all water safety policies and procedures, prevent and respond to emergencies, and act as customer service ambassadors to members and guests, assisting them with any concerns or needs within capabilities and parameters of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• $20.20 - $22.30 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS
