You will optimize Meta and Google campaigns, build dashboards, and ship AI workflows that boost efficiency. Hybrid role with office days in Lancaster; remote eligible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of senior-level paid digital campaigns experience.
• Deep GA4 event models and attribution knowledge.
• SQL-level comfort with marketing data and related tools.
• Experience with AI tools in marketing and automation.
• Experience with SEO technical/on-page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Meta, Google, SEO, and emerging channels.
• Structure campaigns, bids, audiences, and budgets for 70+ communities.
• Own organic search strategy across 74+ communities and 22 floorplans.
• Run experiments weekly and scale what works.
• Build AI-powered workflows and dashboards for marketing.
