Job summary

LocaliQ, part of Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, seeks a Sr. Account Manager to build and grow client relationships across digital and traditional channels, including search, display, social ads, and O&O media.

You will oversee campaigns, analyze data, and ensure clients achieve their marketing goals post-sales. You will partner with sales and post-sales optimization teams, articulate strategy, manage expectations, and maintain open communication through regular reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
• 3+ years of client-facing service/account management experience.
• Google Ads & Google Analytics Certified.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to own client relationships and deliver results against joint objectives.
• Manage client expectations and mobilize partner teams for aligned approaches.
• Maintain open communication through performance reviews with clients.
• Articulate media programs and campaign implementation plans.
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales optimization teams on digital strategies.
• Advise clients on ongoing and upcoming marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent marketing messages across paid search, organic, display, social, and O&O channels.
• Utilize CRM, online search, display advertising techniques, and LocaliQ technologies.
• Review daily campaign performance with post-sales teams and identify new advertising techniques.
• Coordinate with backend support and ad operations to exceed client objectives.
