Job summary

This on-site role provides critical support in Guadalajara, aligning operations with global strategy and improving efficiency through automation, analytics, simulation and ML.

You will work on the global Demo project, bridging gaps between current systems and new customer requirements, while delivering cost-effective digital solutions across production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience applying digital tools to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work with global teams and translate requirements into technical actions.
• Experience with data analytics, simulation, or ML in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily SRV escalations and align SRV operations with global strategy.
• Participate in the Demo project, focusing on legacy system transition to Critical Manufacturing and identifying tech gaps.
