Job summary
Plexus Corp is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Operations Engineer Sr to optimize manufacturing processes using digital technologies. The role requires on-site work in Guadalajara and centers on improving efficiency, quality, and agility through automation, data analytics, and machine learning.
You will engage in global collaboration, provide technical leadership, and ensure strong documentation and change management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of related experience; equivalent combinations considered.
- Strong preference for internal candidates to minimize onboarding time.
- Foundational knowledge of GSF systems and familiarity with the SRV roadmap desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SRV primary contact for daily escalations and support.
- Align SRV operations with global strategy and optimize production workflows.
- Participate in global Demo project; identify gaps between legacy and new systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to site team members.
- Translate SRV issues into high-level plans and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain accurate technical and site-specific documentation.
