Parker Hannifin is seeking a Digital & IT Analyst in Massachusetts to define, configure, test, train and support IT requirements and systems. The role leads limited scope IT projects, collaborates with technical analysts and end users, and contributes to business improvements.

Responsibilities include advising on applications, analyzing data to streamline processes, deploying IT solutions, and providing training and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related area (or international equivalent).
• 2+ years related IT experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility and adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrates ability to manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Provides analytical advice and direction for applications and technology that impact business operations; understands how applications and technologies impact the business.
• Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations/modifications to streamline and simplify processes while reducing operating costs.
• Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions.
• Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
• Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
• Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configuration.
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
• Assist in-training and mentoring new team members.
