Job summary

Monks is seeking a Digital Investment Senior Manager to lead digital investment strategy for a portfolio of clients. You will develop plans, oversee activation and optimization, and ensure delivery against client objectives, budgets, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital media, with at least 2 years in programmatic buying.
• Experience presenting digital media performance and strategy to clients.
• Direct experience managing publisher, data, and platform partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital investment recommendations across programmatic and direct partners.
• Oversee programmatic campaign activation across DSPs with accurate structure and QA.
• Manage pacing, budgets, optimization, and performance across campaigns.
• Troubleshoot trafficking, creative, and measurement issues with internal and external teams.
• Create and oversee performance reporting to support optimization and KPIs.
• Present campaign recaps and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
