Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Technical Program Manager to establish and lead a Digital Infrastructure Team in support of the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Division at Wright-Patterson AFB.

The role builds the team, defines processes, and drives delivery of digital infrastructure capabilities enabling mission systems across the division’s portfolio. Responsibilities include requirements development, schedule and risk management, baseline oversight, integration and test

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience leading digitized infrastructure programs in DoD contexts.
• Ability to stand up new technical teams and manage classified programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a digital infrastructure team for classified environments.
• Define processes, manage schedules, and mitigate risks across programs.
• Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and operations for accreditation.
• Oversee integration, testing, configuration management, and sustainment.
• Interface with Government customers, mission partners, and adjacent offices.
