Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited seeks a seasoned Content Operations professional to lead ecommerce photography operations in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will design shotlists, manage asset intake and versioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of premium imagery.

The role requires hands-on experience with digital asset management, high attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to guide junior teammates in production settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in photography, digital media, information management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ecommerce photography operations or high-volume asset environments.
• Hands-on experience managing metadata and image versioning at scale.
• Experience with a digital asset management system; Bynder preferred.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce photography workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain ecommerce photography shotlists based on product data and launch timelines.
• Define angles, image counts, and content types per SKU.
• Evaluate imagery for reuse versus reshoot based on product changes.
• Partner with production teams to align shotlists with daily plans.
• Track asset status from capture through delivery and support documentation.
