Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in photography or related field.
• 6+ years of professional retouching in ecommerce/high-volume environments.
• Advanced Photoshop and modern retouching workflows.
• Hands-on AI-generated or AI-assisted imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce retouching for still-life and on-figure imagery.
• Guide a two-person team through complex edits and tight timelines.
• Hands-on involvement when needed to meet production demands.
• Ensure color accuracy and product integrity across imagery.
• Develop and refine AI prompts and evaluate AI outputs for brand alignment.
