Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Digital Forensics Senior Consultant to lead and coordinate forensics engagements for law firm and corporate clients in a dynamic global environment. You will manage data collections, preserve chain of custody, perform analyses, and deliver reports across diverse industries.

You will guide engagement scoping, draft approaches and fee estimates, and work with Discovery + Data Insights teams domestically and internationally to ensure delivery excellence and client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on technical and/or computer forensic investigations experience
• Experience in digital forensic preservations and examinations on mobile devices using industry-standard tools
• Proficient with industry-standard forensic and eDiscovery tools (EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, Nuix, RelativityOne)
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of digital forensics services for law firm and corporate clients
• Identify new opportunities for the Discovery + Data Insights practice
• Support client relationships and develop engagement approaches and fee estimates
• Lead data collections, chain-of-custody documentation, and forensic analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to align on standards and best practices
