Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Forensics Principal to lead delivery of digital forensics and eDiscovery services for law firms and corporate clients, with oversight of US engagements and cross-border collaboration.

The role requires senior leadership, mentoring of junior staff, and strong client relationship management, with hands-on experience in EnCase, FTK and Relativity, and the ability to drive revenue and standards across a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Significant hands-on forensics experience and leadership in a formal program.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level staff in digital forensics.
• Proficiency with industry-standard forensic tools and workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital forensics and eDiscovery engagements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level forensics technicians across lifecycle stages.
• Develop and standardize workflows, processes and quality controls.
• Coordinate data collection, chain-of-custody, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage client relationships and identify new opportunities for the practice.
• Collaborate with global teams to align standards and practices.
