Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Digital Forensics Senior Consultant to lead delivery of forensic services for law firms and corporate clients, coordinating cross-functional teams across the lifecycle. This role involves supporting business development, drafting engagement approaches, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The Senior Consultant will collaborate with the Digital Forensics, eDiscovery Consulting, Digital Risks, and Project Management teams, including teams outside the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Forensics or related field.
• Certified as a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), EnCase Examiner, (EnCE) or Access Data Examiner (ACE) preferred; similar industry certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills for diverse audiences across jurisdictions.
• Travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver digital forensics services for law firms and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for the Discovery + Data Insights practice.
• Support client relationships and project management teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Draft approaches and fee estimates, define workflows, and balance priorities across engagements.
• Lead documentation efforts including evidence management and collection logging.
• Assist with sales process by building client relationships and providing proposals and cost estimates.
