Job summary

Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Manager to own Bare Bones’ digital commerce and consumer experience across owned and marketplace channels. You will drive ecommerce strategy for Amazon and direct-to-consumer, optimize product content, and partner with internal teams and agencies to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in ecommerce/digital roles in CPG or food brands.
• Proven growth of Amazon and DTC ecommerce.
• Experience with Klaviyo or Attentive lifecycle tools.
• GA4 and Amazon Central knowledge for reporting.
• Knowledge of content strategy and digital storytelling.
• Strong ecommerce analytics and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker who executes hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amazon business strategy with external agency and KPIs.
• Optimize product listings, A+ content, Brand Store, and visibility.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic and AOV.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain for execution.
• Own BareBonesBroth.com experience: revenue, navigation, pages.
• Monitor site health, analytics, and customer behavior; optimize.
• Manage ecommerce promotions, launches, and calendars.
• Own CRM lifecycle marketing: segmentation and campaigns.
• Develop content strategy to support ecommerce, SEO and brand storytelling.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; lead A/B testing; monitor trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage budgets with agencies.
