Kinder’s in Walnut Creek, CA, is looking for a Senior Digital Experience Manager to lead strategy, ecommerce, CRM, and content across Kinders.com. You’ll align brand, consumer experience, and commerce to turn interest into engagement and purchases.

The role oversees ecommerce, content, and CRM teams, defines KPIs, and partners across Marketing, Merchandising, and Tech to deliver measurable, consumer-first outcomes in a fast-growing, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience developing digital strategies that drive engagement and commerce.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for Kinder’s owned digital consumer experience across Kinders.com.
• Own the direct-to-consumer ecommerce strategy and performance.
• Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Develop content strategy coordinating with Brand, Creative, and Insights teams.
• Build and mentor the digital experience team and partner with cross-functional teams.
