NBCUniversal’s Universal Studios Hollywood is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Consumer Experience & E-Commerce (DCXE) to lead digital campaign strategies and tactical execution across web, mobile apps, and online stores for Destination Programs and Campaigns. This role blends strategic planning with performance measurement and iterative improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; able to anticipate risks and drive execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead digital strategy and tactical execution plans across web, app, and online stores.
Partner with Marketing to translate priorities into tangible digital deliverables.
QA on web, app, and store content prior to launch to ensure flawless guest execution.
Coordinate launch readiness and ensure deployment preparedness.
Monitor campaigns and analyze performance to drive optimizations.
Evolve reusable frameworks and templates based on platform capabilities.
