Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Digital Experience Design Senior Manager to define and deliver the future of Booz Allen's digital experiences, with a primary focus on the website as a platform for audience engagement and lead generation.

You will lead a multidisciplinary design team, establish design systems, and partner with brand teams to translate content into compelling, intuitive digital experiences. This is a player‑coach role with hands‑on design involvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital experience design, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience designing polished, modern, content-rich digital experiences for major brands or marketing properties at large scale.
• Strong visual and interface design skills, including typography, layout, composition, responsive design, and motion integration.
• Experience with UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Ability to translate brand systems, content and assets into effective digital interfaces.
• Experience defining and evolving digital design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver enterprise-scale digital experiences while contributing to hands-on design work.
• Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, performance optimization, and experience metrics.
• Portfolio of visually compelling digital experiences, with demonstrated UX judgment and execution.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the digital experience vision across web and adjacent channels.
• Set design direction for Booz Allen's digital presence to create engaging experiences.
• Lead the design of marketing pages, thought leadership, and content-rich experiences.
• Partner with brand teams to translate campaigns and assets into cohesive digital experiences.
• Provide hands-on design direction and feedback to raise concept quality.
• Own web experience strategy including site architecture, navigation, and content models.
• Apply UX principles to ensure compelling and intuitive experiences.
• Establish and evolve a design system and UI pattern library for consistency.
• Use analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and optimize experiences.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team and align stakeholders on design quality.
