Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, or related field.
• 8–10 years in digital strategy or digital customer experience roles.
• Experience defining audience segmentation strategies that drive growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels: web, email, paid media, social.
• Adobe Marketo Engage Architect Master Certification preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Suite and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-impact digital experiences to drive engagement and lead generation.
