Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. This role can sit anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 15% to client sites.

You will guide the design, configuration, and deployment of Cority-based EHS software, mentor teams, and drive client success while pursuing new business opportunities within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with EHS&S software solutions, with Cority preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in domains like air quality, incident management, safety, and compliance data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment for client projects.
• Act as senior configuration expert, guiding teams and ensuring best practices.
• Support business development activities and growth within EHS&S market.
