J.Crew Group seeks a Senior Digital Designer to elevate design across website, email, social, and off-site marketing. You will transform concepts into wireframes and visuals, collaborating with a team of art directors, designers, and writers to maintain a strong, consistent brand voice.

You should bring 7+ years of design experience in fashion/retail, mastery of typography, layout, and color, and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe CC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience in fashion/retail.
• Strong command of typography, layout, form and color.
• Proven portfolio in digital design and brand work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe CC; responsive web design.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of innovative, user-focused solutions for digital channels.
• Generate on-brand, engaging shop-able content for website and omni-channel touchpoints.
• Take ownership on editorial features, emails, and site enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with team members through production processes.
• Enhance user interfaces with Art Directors and front-end developers.
• Develop typography, layouts, wireframes, motion to evolve brand identity.
• Support internal teams including print, marketing, and production for timely delivery.
• Influence and guide a team of designers and juniors.
• Present creative concepts and articulate design decisions clearly.
