Job summary

Morphe is seeking a Manager, Digital Design to lead the branded digital experience across ecommerce, email, social, and paid media. You will design mobile-first assets and art direct imagery, overseeing in-house, freelance, and agency partners to ensure cohesive, high-quality output.

You will mentor designers, grow design systems, and champion user-centered UI/UX while collaborating with Ecommerce, Marketing, Brand, Social, and external vendors to drive brand awareness and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in digital or web design with a related degree.
• Experience leading and mentoring designers.
• Proficiency in design tools and systems for web/mobile.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and visual storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of responsive digital designs for ecommerce, website, email, and social.
• Art direct imagery for digital assets and oversee freelancers/agency output.
• Develop and maintain design systems aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing/brand/social to craft compelling visual stories.
• Review work and provide feedback to ensure cohesion and quality.
• Oversee UX/UI improvements and mentor the design team.
