InnoPhase IoT, Inc. seeks a Sr. Staff/Principal Digital Design Engineer to lead front-to-back digital design and verification for state-of-the-art SoCs.

You will guide architectures, drive verification strategies, and mentor teams across System, Software, RF, and Test disciplines. You should have 10+ years in digital SoC development, deep RTL/SV expertise, and a track record of moving highly integrated devices to mass production.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in EE/CS preferred.
• 10+ years of digital SoC development experience required.
• Experience bringing highly integrated mixed-signal SoCs to mass production.
• Experience with embedded systems, wireless protocols, power management, signal processing.
• Deep RTL design knowledge (Verilog/VHDL) and SystemVerilog, checkers, and other design verification techniques.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to/review SoC specifications and architectures.
• Front to back digital design and verification – RTL through physical implementation.
• Hands on technical leadership.
• Support schedule and resource planning.
• Define and socialize digital/system design, implementation methodologies and test strategies and flows.
• Debug designs and provide timely closure.
• Collaborate with System, Software, RF, Analog, and Test teams.
