Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Lead to oversee BIM authoring and model management, coordinate multi‑discipline design teams, and drive efficient digital delivery across projects. You will mentor staff, ensure quality control, and collaborate with project managers to align deliverables with the program scope. This role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and strategic planning across locations in the DC/VA area.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced understanding of discipline relations and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists at the project level.
• Maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures.
• Generate and manage Digital Delivery and model coordination deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor model health, coordination processes, and document management systems.
• Mentor staff and guide Project Managers to support project needs.
• Engage with HDR management and clients to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
