Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts seeks a senior data analytics professional to partner with the WCIB platform organization and drive data-driven insights. You will support reporting, testing, invoices, and digital capabilities while translating business needs into analytical solutions.

Lead large, complex data analyses, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations to influence strategic decisions. Expect modernization of reporting and data capabilities plus strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong experience with analytics and statistical tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, geospatial tools, and other data analysis technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, database querying, and working with underlying data structures.
• Experience with analytics, advanced analytics, statistics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner within the WCIB platform organization.
• Support reporting, statements, invoices, testing, and digital capabilities.
• Bridge business stakeholders and the underlying data environment.
• Translate business needs into data-driven insights and solutions.
• Work with large, complex data sets to uncover trends and answer critical business questions.
• Provide actionable recommendations supporting strategic decision-making.
• Help modernize reporting and data capabilities.
• Solve complex business problems and learn new systems to drive transformation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical and technical solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
