Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is hiring a senior Digital Customer Success Strategist to lead automated, One-to-Many customer journeys from onboarding through renewal. You will design email cadences, in-app messaging, and AI-powered workflows to drive adoption, health, and retention across Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

In this role, you will own scalable digital programs, build automated business reviews, and apply AI to content generation and action recommendations while balancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Digital Customer Success, CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or Program Mgmt in SaaS or product-led env.
• Experience in legal tech, tax tech, or compliance-sensitive vertical is a plus.
• Proven ability to build One-to-Many email programs and digital business reviews.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.

Responsibilities

• Build digital customer journeys spanning onboarding through renewal with triggers and channels.
• Own scalable One-to-Many email programs and renewal/risk-based outreach.
• Design automated EBR/QBR alternatives with health snapshots and ROI summaries.
• Apply AI-powered automation for content generation, summaries, and routing.
• Use data to personalize programs and report on adoption, engagement, and retention.
