Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a Sr Business Analyst, Digital Commerce to turn digital performance data into insight, action, and growth across the retail site. You will own recurring reporting, analyze KPI trends, and translate signals into clear recommendations to support growth planning, promotions, forecasting, and performance management.

You’ll partner with merchandising, planning, commercialization, digital, and leadership as part of the Analyst group within Digital Commerce

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in merchandising, digital commerce, supply chain, planning, or business and financial analysis.
• Experience with retail and digital business drivers including assortment, inventory, and promotions.
• Ability to analyze KPIs to develop actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting tied to digital performance and site growth.
• Analyze KPIs and trends to identify risks, gaps, opportunities, and actions.
• Prepare leadership summaries and insights for cross-functional partners.
