Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures the development of marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.
2. Develops qualitative and quantitative research techniques to gather insights that inform the creative process.
3. Guides the design of digital experiences along the customer journey.
4. Establishes and manages relationships with search engines and portal sites aligned with digital goals.
5. Tracks website usage trends, including visitor metrics and campaign impact.
6. Develops website graphics and layouts to support the organization's image, identity, and branding through web materials, interfaces, and multimedia.
7. Ensures the organization's website provides up-to-date, comprehensive product/service information accessible to customers.
8. Manages social media marketing and online community engagement.
9. Works under limited guidance on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth analysis.
10. Performs related duties as required, considering all responsibilities as essential functions under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
