Job Description:
Pay Range: $72.87/hr - $77.87/hr
Responsibilities:
- Lead the direction of Marketing Automation efforts for clients across 1:1 marketing activities, including identifying new messaging opportunities, selecting appropriate channels (email, SMS, etc.), and overseeing the daily execution by Sr. Specialists and Specialists.
- Administer hands-on management of 1:1 marketing platforms, such as Marketo, SFMC, and Eloqua, including operational campaigns like lead management and native integrations. Provide guidance to clients on campaign value and optimal setup.
- Define KPIs aligned with business goals, create reports, analyze campaign performance, and communicate results and their business impact to clients.
- Recommend continuous improvements to programs, working with Sr. Specialists/Specialists to ensure testing plans impact KPIs positively.
- Develop outreach strategies within 1:1 marketing platforms by auditing client databases, understanding client businesses, and mapping customer pain points to messaging and channels.
- Guide Sr. Specialists/Specialists in translating strategic visions into live campaigns, including landing pages, nurture campaigns, forms, data management, and segmentation.
- Stay informed about new developments in marketing operations and suggest strategic enhancements to optimize platform effectiveness.
- Assist in defining and scoping business requirements, identify key stakeholders, and participate as a subject matter expert in strategy and customer sessions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal teams, supporting documentation for implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with B2B and Healthcare experience preferred.
- Technical expertise in 1:1 marketing platforms, including advanced/admin capabilities (Program Builder, Lead Scoring, Customer Lifecycle).
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills to surpass client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex digital and technical concepts.
- Proven success in results-driven marketing programs and continuous optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing technology, sales and marketing alignment, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital agency, consulting, or digital marketing environment.
- Leadership, training, and management experience.
- Experience with APIs, third-party solutions, and digital channels integration.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Data Management Platforms (DMP).
