Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading brand digital strategy with FDA-compliant campaigns.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and NPP strategy for the brand in hematology.
• Lead content development and channel execution across websites, social, emails, and paid media.
• Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns and monitor performance with analytics partners.
• Manage budget, agency relationships, and regulatory/compliance reviews.
