Job summary

Craft in New York is seeking a Senior Digital Brand Designer to bring the brand to life across web, campaigns and product marketing to social and interactive experiences. Critically, you'll own the Figma systems underneath it: tokens, components, templates, workflows that ensure all of the teams work cohesively.

This role bridges the brand studio and a separate, more siloed web and engineering department. You will speak to engineers and scale craft within Figma—creating digital brand systems

Qualifications

• Around 5–8 years in a strong in-house studio or design-led agency.
• Fluent in Figma and design systems.
• Able to speak with engineers and product teams.
• Portfolio demonstrates digital brand systems, not just campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the Figma systems including tokens, components, templates and workflows to ensure cohesive teamwork.
• Bring the brand to life across web, campaigns, product marketing, social and interactive experiences.
• Bridge the brand studio and the web/engineering department for scalable craft.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to scale brand systems.
