Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking a Senior Digital Brand Designer to lead brand systems across web, campaigns and product marketing. You’ll own the Figma token system, components and templates, ensuring cohesive work from designers to engineers.

The role sits between the brand studio and a separate web/engineering team. You’ll translate brand into scalable design systems, speak fluently with product squads, and elevate digital brand experiences across surfaces.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a strong in-house studio or design-led agency, ideally in a systems-heavy environment.
• Brand-led and fluent in Figma and design systems; comfortable talking to engineers and product teams.
• Portfolio shows digital brand systems, not isolated campaign pieces.

Responsibilities

• Own brand across web, campaigns, product marketing, social and interactive experiences.
• Scale craft within Figma: tokens, components, templates, workflows and ensure cross-team cohesion.
