• Hands-on requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and planning.
• Experience supporting capital-markets, banking, or fintech initiatives.
• Experience with UAT, testing, production-readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder-management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis across business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into functional requirements, process flows, roadmaps and plans.
• Develop project milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Support current-state and future-state process analysis and operating-model development.
• Partner with product and technology teams through design and delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, defect resolution, and implementation readiness.
• Identify gaps and drive resolutions across stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare clear project documentation and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Independently drive assigned initiatives from discovery through execution.
