Kearney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) practice across multiple US and Canadian offices. You will support client engagements, analyze complex problems, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive growth.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and willingness to travel 50-80% to client sites. This is a full-time consulting position based in the Americas with opportunities across major markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Consulting or related field.
• Experience in CMDS, telecom, digital services, or data centers is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with clear synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across CMDS topics from diagnosis to implementation.
• Analyze complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Assess processes, operating models, supply chains, and networks to identify improvements.
• Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to inform business cases.
