Job summary

Kearney Activate is seeking a Data & AI Business Analyst to translate business requirements into structured deliverables within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and technical teams to enable successful data-driven transformations.

Responsibilities include supporting enterprise data and MDM initiatives, aligning processes with system requirements, and aiding agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years IT consulting or data transformation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise data and MDM transformation initiatives.
• Translate requirements into structured, deliverables.
• Develop content for MDM requests and workflows.
• Maintain master data attribute files and governance docs.
• Ensure alignment between business processes and UI.
• Gather and document requirements with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Provide inputs to development teams for configuration.
• Support agile planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking.
• Track project metrics and deliver progress; assist workshops.
