Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Digital Analytics Lead to define and advance the organization’s analytics capability while partnering with UX, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

You will implement event taxonomies, ensure data quality, build dashboards, and translate behavioral data into actionable insights to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, HCI, psych, information systems, business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in behavioral, digital, or product analytics for complex digital environments.
• Experience owning analytics strategy, measurement frameworks, or implementation standards.
• Hands-on with event-based analytics, event models, taxonomies, and data quality.
• SQL or similar for data exploration and validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern data measurement strategy and behavioral metrics.
• Design, implement, and maintain event taxonomies and tagging standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and governance teams on data integration.
• Analyze behavioral data, build dashboards, and surface actionable insights.
• Mentor and enable analytics practices across UX, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
