The role demands 5+ years of senior-level diesel experience, OEM tooling proficiency, and the ability to work independently while delivering precise documentation and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level diesel technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic ability with OEM software and tooling.
• Deep hands-on experience with Diesel engines and Allison transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines.
• Work on engine and powertrain across all makes and Allison transmissions.
• Troubleshoot aftertreatment, electrical, fuel, cooling, and driveline systems.
• Conduct in-frame repairs and major component replacements.
• Interpret OEM diagnostics, schematics, and service literature.
• Provide technical guidance to the shop and document work clearly.
