Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Senior Level Diesel Technician in New Stanton, PA to maintain and repair heavy-duty vehicles. You will perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs while working with customers and drivers to identify issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic diagnostic and repair skills for diesel engines.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems with diagnostic tools.
• Completes inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaints.
• Uses Shop Management System and adheres to safety and compliance guidelines.
