Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Master Level Diesel Technician in New Stanton, PA. You will perform standard and preventive maintenance on heavy‑duty vehicles, diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues, and mentor other technicians.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational/technical certification, and CDL/ASE credentials preferred. Benefits include signing bonuses, weekly pay, and strong advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required for the job.
• Demonstrated aptitude and experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electronic issues with diagnostic equipment.
• Train/mentor other technicians and share repairs with the team.
• Drive Ryder vehicles and complete road tests as required.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies.
